Orders over £9.99 will be sent by recorded delivery which will incur a postage charge. For orders under £9.99 no postage charge will be incurred.
This will ensure the safe delivery of items to you. I will also retain proof of postage.

Should you be unhappy with any item or should there be a problem with anything please contact me immediately. I will ensure all items that are sent out to you are personally checked by me in order to maintain standards and quality control.
